Return & Exchange Policy

At Bloque.lk, we want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we allow returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.
1.2 Items must be in good condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and tags intact.
1.3 Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items with missing or removed labels/tags.
  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

3. Return & Exchange Charges

3.1 Return or exchange requests will include a return/exchange delivery charge, which will be borne by the customer.
3.2 In cases where the seller has sent the wrong size, color, or design (e.g., ordered XL but received Medium), Bloque.lk will arrange a return/exchange without additional charges.
 

4. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item via email at bloque.cmb@gmail.com or call 0774 779 529
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange the return pickup or guide you through the courier process.
  4. Upon inspection of the returned product, an exchange will be processed.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the ordered item is out of stock or cannot be replaced with the correct product.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method or as store credit.
