4.Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods. Bloque reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, system errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity. Any payments received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

5.Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact Bloque via:

When requesting a cancellation, customers must provide the order number and the date and time of the order.

Please note that cancellation requests will not be accepted once an order has been dispatched, packed, or handed over to the courier. In such cases, the order will be treated in accordance with Bloque’s Return & Exchange Policy.

6.Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location and courier service. Bloque is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

7.Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, customers must notify Bloque within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

• Requests must be made within 07 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
• A LKR 250 delivery charge applies to exchanges.
• Only one exchange per order is permitted.
• Sale items, undergarments, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
• Refunds

Bloque does not  offer refunds as a general policy. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at Bloque’s discretion. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

8.Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Bloque and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9.Privacy

Bloque collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloque shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased. Any liability, if established, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Bloque shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, courier disruptions, or technical failures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
